I've run into wild Jigglypuff on route 14, Oddish can be caught in White forest (white version only of course), and Poliwag can be caught in a variety of places with the super rod. Pikachu is the only one you can't catch in Unova but it's a pretty popular Pokemon and the series mascot so I think it's even be popular in the Pokemon world (there's big balloon Pikachu in Nimbasa). You all should be more like black and study harder.
